So I wasn’t exactly looking but the opportunity came to me and I could not refuse. I will be working for the State in the Department of Volutneerism. The state is divided into 6 areas and I will be the rep for Northwest Arkansas. Which means I will get to go up there often. I am very excited and most of all the benefits are amazing. I get all the state and federal holidays off, my pay is better, the raises and opportunities for advancement are better, and the benefits are the best. There is no deductible, no copay and they cover 100% of most things. I am pumped! Plus there is great job security. The boss seems like a wonderful person to work with and I feel like it will be the perfect environment for me.
